Account
Do I need an account to use the app?
A HEAVENS account is not required to use Places. Creating an account gives you access to in-app support, to save theme unlock progress, and enables you opt in to email updates about our products and services.
How do I create an account?
Open the Places app and tap the More tab. Tap the HEAVENS Account button at the top, then sign in or create an account.
How do I delete my account?
Open the Places app, tap the More tab, then tap the HEAVENS Account button. From there, tap Delete Account and follow the prompts. Please note that this will permanently delete your HEAVENS account across all our products and services, not just Places.
Using the app
How do I enable location permissions?
Go to your iPhone Settings > Privacy & Security > Location Services > Places, and select "Always" for the best experience with automatic arrival and departure detection.
My arrival or departure time wasn't captured
Places relies on your device's location services to detect when you arrive at and leave a place. This works well in most situations, but it's a best-effort system - short visits, weak GPS signal, or being indoors can sometimes mean an arrival or departure isn't picked up. For the most reliable results, make sure location permissions are set to "Always" and that you have a reasonable mobile or Wi-Fi signal.
Is my data safe?
In normal use, your places, visits, photos and notes are stored locally on your device. We don't sync your content to our servers. Read our Privacy Policy for full details.

How do I manage my subscription?
You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple App Store account settings. Open the App Store, tap your profile, then tap Subscriptions.
